Practice martial arts self-defense exercises and learn non-violent communication, mediation and negotiation practices while you raise awareness, confidence and focus. Improved physical fitness helps to build confidence and muscle memory tone. Learn ways to avoid and report altercations. This soft martial arts workout includes discussion and Q&A time to define bullying, prevent violence, develop non-violent communication skills, defense techniques, encourage compassion, equality and includes
discussion about “becoming the change you wish to see in the world.” A workout uniform is required and any standard martial arts uniform is appropriate. Bring a water bottle.
